Due to the reduction in demand for air travel as a result of Covid-19, services between
Guildford and Heathrow Airport will be temporarily withdrawn.

Reduction in R1 Timetable as of Sat 11th April
 

Dear Commuter

The RA1 has a timetable reduction from this Saturday 11th April, to reflect the significant drop in patronage.

The £95/£950 and £105/£1050 Heathrow Travelcards are valid on buses between Slough and Heathrow (routes 4, 7, 10A, 10S, 703), should the gaps in the RA1 timetable mean it is necessary to use the train to/from Reading (note, the relevant train fare will need to be paid).

3rd April 2020 Nationwide coach network suspension NEx & Megabus from Monday
 

 

Network changes for Coach

Key message: Temporary suspension of services

The impacts of Covid-19 on the public transport network to Heathrow continue to reflect a downturn in passenger numbers for the coach industry.

Nationwide coach network As of Monday 6th April 2020 our two nationwide coach operators, National Express and Megabus will temporarily suspend their full network until the end of May or further notice.

RailAir coach network Three of the airports four RailAirs remain in operation, both Reading RailAir and The RailAir to Oxford continue to operate at an hourly frequency between their respective train stations and the airport. Woking RailAir is suspended as part of the nationwide suspension of National Express services. The Guildford RailAir launched last year will continue to operate hourly for colleagues who can transfer from Woking by train and use their existing £50 Heathrow Travelcard which is accepted on this service.

Welcome to the Heathrow Travelcard system.

The Heathrow Travelcard Products can give you a variety of savings on buses and trains for your journey to and from work just visit our Products page for further details.

Register for the Heathrow Travelcard, by simply carrying out the following process.

    1)     Register your details online
  2) Security approval; email us a copy of your Airport/Company ID card, front and back (Company ID cards need to be sent with a letter from your employer confirming your employment at Heathrow) and proof of address i.e Utility Bill, Bank statement to commuter@heathrow.com
  3) Begin purchasing your Heathrow Travelcard products.
