9th July 2018 Broken Printer in T5

Dear Travelcard users,

Due to technical issues, we will not be able to provide same day services in T5 on Wednesday 11 July 2018.  Travelcard collections will still be available for colleagues who have made purchases from Friday 06 July 2018 – Tuesday 10 July 2018.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are looking to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

·         Manager’s email address and telephone number (for the purpose of confirming employment status. Please ensure you have their permission to provide us with this information).

·         Drivers License Details (only if you are signing up for a Hertz vehicle- required for Insurance purposes)

Dear commuters,

Heathrow Commuter office will no longer be at Heathrow Academy from 4th September 2017.

You will be able to find us:

Terminal 3 - Mondays 9AM - 3PM Landside Canteen

Terminal 5 - Wednesday 9AM - 3PM  2nd Floor of Canteen ( StarBucks)

Terminal 4 - Friday 9AM - 3PM Landside Canteen

Collections will only be available on these days, if not collected your product will be posted.

Commuters who have purchased from 31st August will be able to collect from Cycle Hub till 8th September.

We do apologise for any inconvenice this may have caused during our move to terminals. We will still be available on our current number.

* 7th June 2017 *IMPORTANT* Route 441

Dear Commuters,

Heathrow invests heavily in local and wider bus services across the network. Recent changes from the Central Terminal Area and Terminal 5 has seen the 7 Series buses increase their service to every 10 minutes, providing a high frequency connection between the two main sites at the airport. Heathrow was funding this link on the 441 and decided to discontinue this support from 31st August 2017. The bus service operator of the 441 (Abellio) has taken a wider decision to discontinue the 441 service to the airport.


* 31st May 2017 Issues with PAYPAL

We are currently experiencing issues with PayPal when purchasing our Travelcard products.  PayPal are aware and are looking to resume their service asap.

You are still able to purchase by phone (between 09.00 - 15.00) and in the office via chip and pin.

* 20th April 2017 Welcome to the Heathrow Travelcard system

Welcome to the Heathrow Travelcard system.

The Heathrow Travelcard Products can give you a variety of savings on buses and trains for your journey to and from work just visit our Products page for further details.

Register for the Heathrow Travelcard, by simply carrying out the following process.

    1)     Register your details online
  2) Security approval; email us a copy of your Airport/Company ID card, front and back (Company ID cards need to be sent with a letter from your employer confirming your employment at Heathrow) and proof of address i.e Utility Bill, Bank statement to
  3) Begin purchasing your Heathrow Travelcard products.


Next Working Day Collection Service

Heathrow travelcard products can now be purchased simply and quickly. Your product will be available to pick up from the Heathrow Academy the next working day from 12.00 until 15.00 after purchase or you can choose for it to be sent out to your registered address via Royal Mail First Class.


Please note any Heathrow Travelcard product not collected by 15:00 every Friday will be posted out via Royal Mail First Class unless agreed otherwise.


* 5th December 2016 Heathrow Commuter Staff Training


Staff Training

Heathrow Commuter office will be closed on Monday 12 December and Tuesday 13 December 2016 for staff training. Office hours will resume to normal from Wednesday 14 December 2016.

Any purchases made on Monday 12 and Tuesday 13 December 2016 will be processed on Wednesday 14 2016.

Heathrow Travelcard products purchased from Friday 09 December- Sunday 11 December due for collection will be available for  collection on Monday 12 December 2016 from the Cycle Hub and any postal requests will be sent out on Wednesday 14 December 2016.


* 9th October 2016 Bus Changes

First Group buses

To create reliable and fast journey times from Slough to Heathrow, First Group are making some changes to their bus routes from Slough, from 24 September 2016.

The bus numbers will change but the routes and frequencies will generally remain unchanged, with some frequencies being increased.

We will also have new night service connections from Slough to Terminal 4 and Hatton Cross. If you live beyond Slough town centre, you may now have to change at Slough.

New services and route names are detailed below:

1. Slough - Maidenhead will now be called Route 4 (change required in Slough Town Centre)

2. Slough - Chalvey - Cippenham will now be called Route 5 (change required in Slough Town Centre)

3. Slough - Heathrow will now be called Route 7/N7

•             Route 7 will use the existing 75 route to T5 and then on to Heathrow Central.

•             N7 (night service) will operate half hourly from Slough - Langley to Terminal 5 with alternate journeys going to either Heathrow Central or Terminal 4 and Hatton Cross.

4. Slough - Windsor - Heathrow will now be called Route 8

•             The new route 8 will connect Slough, Windsor, Egham, Staines and Stanwell Moor to Heathrow Terminal 5.

5. Eton Wick - Slough - Heathrow will now be called Route 10 and 11
