No Services 19 October 2019 

Overview 

There will be no Heathrow Express, TfL Rail or inter terminal transfer services on Saturday 19 October 2019 due to Network Rail improvement works taking place in the tunnels at Heathrow Airport. 

 

Refunds 

While no outbound or single tickets have been sold for 19 October, customers with open return tickets may still be intending to travel on the day. They can request a refund for the unused part of their ticket at heathrowexpress.com 

Alternative travel advice 

N.B. Travel between Heathrow terminals is free of charge using Contactless or Oyster. Alternatively customers can speak to the London Underground Station Team to be allowed through the ticket barriers. 

From CTA: 

For Central London: Please use Piccadilly Line Underground services. 

For Terminal 5: Please use Piccadilly Line Underground services. 

For Terminal 4: Please use Piccadilly Line Underground services via Hatton Cross or take the replacement bus service from stops 1-5 at Central Bus Station. 

From Terminal 5: 

For Central London: Please use Piccadilly Line Underground services. 

For Terminals 2&3: Please use Piccadilly Line Underground services. 

For Terminal 4: Please use the 482 or the 490 buses from bus stop 7 outside Arrivals. 

From Terminal 4: 

For Central London: Please use Piccadilly Line Underground services. 

For Terminal 5: Please use the 482 or the 490 buses from bus stop 7 outside Arrivals. 

For Terminals 2&3: Please use Piccadilly Line Underground services or replacement buses from stop 15 outside Arrivals.

Welcome to the Heathrow Travelcard system.

The Heathrow Travelcard Products can give you a variety of savings on buses and trains for your journey to and from work just visit our Products page for further details.

Register for the Heathrow Travelcard, by simply carrying out the following process.

    1)     Register your details online
  2) Security approval; email us a copy of your Airport/Company ID card, front and back (Company ID cards need to be sent with a letter from your employer confirming your employment at Heathrow) and proof of address i.e Utility Bill, Bank statement to commuter@heathrow.com
  3) Begin purchasing your Heathrow Travelcard products.

·         Drivers License Details (only if you are signing up for a Hertz vehicle- required for Insurance purposes)
